Romero, Inter prepares the draft contract after the sales

The interest in Djed Spence has stalled due to Tottenham’s demand, as they are not willing to let the winger go for less than 50 million euros. The Nerazzurri management has therefore shifted their attention to another Spurs player, who is set to leave after falling out with the fans last season: Cristian Romero.

According to Libero, the deal for the Argentine defender does not look simple. The valuation of the center-back, formerly of Genoa and Atalanta, is also around 50 million euros, an amount not far from what is being asked for Spence himself.

The Milanese club could make a move after completing some sales. To convince the player, Marotta and Ausilio reportedly already have a draft five-year contract ready, a sign of their intention to close the deal.

Meanwhile, the Chalobah option is moving further away. Como has in fact submitted an offer of 26 million euros plus 5 million in bonuses to Chelsea for the defender, with whom an agreement has already existed for some time. Now, the Blues’ green light is awaited to finalize the deal that would bring the center-back to Lake Como.
