The elimination of PSV from the Champions League could open new scenarios for the return of Ivan Perisic to Inter. According to what journalist Alfredo Pedullà stated on his Youtube channel, now the situation can be evaluated differently by the Nerazzurri.
“For Perisic, Inter can think differently now that PSV has been eliminated, and even more so now Perisic’s desire could make the difference,” explained the journalist. The Dutch club’s exit from the European competition would therefore represent an element that could prove decisive in unlocking the deal.
Pedullà also commented on the 2-0 win against Dortmund, describing the start of the match as difficult but highlighting the team’s good management afterwards. The journalist praised the performance of Federico Dimarco, who scored a gem and is considered one of the best left-backs in Europe, as well as the second goal scored by Diouf.
On the Diaby front, however, the statements of Beppe Marotta were clear. The Nerazzurri executive believes that there are limited chances of signing the Al-Ittihad player, who earns very high wages and was bought for 60 million by the Arab club. Inter has nevertheless made its attempt and now awaits developments from the Saudi club.
