The most talked about name in the Inter market in recent weeks is rightly Jonathan David. This is because the Canadian striker has not renewed his contract with Lille and at the end of the season could leave the French club on a free transfer.
A target that everyone at Viale della Liberazione believes in, not just for his undeniable offensive capabilities. The striker is a 2000 class player and fits perfectly into the parameters set by Oaktree. The North American would also be a good coup in commercial terms and would allow Inter to have an increasing presence overseas.
According to Tuttosport, David is not the only name on the agenda for next summer. Inter will have to replace two players, both with expiring contracts: Arnautovic and Correa. Therefore, another young striker could arrive along with the Canadian.
Inter is considering bringing home two young forwards: Sebastiano and Pio Esposito. A family affair in every sense, considering that the two brothers will be competing for a single shirt. The 2002 class player is doing very well, scoring numerous goals with Empoli. The younger brother, a 2005 class player, has already scored 4 goals with Spezia in the early part of this season.
Daniel Maldini remains a possible outsider in this race. The playmaker from Monza has different characteristics, more of an assist maker and a second forward rather than a goal scorer. It is not excluded that Inter could still bet on the ex-Milan player to add different characteristics to Simone Inzaghis offensive department.
