The silence surrounding the Inter transfer market in recent days could be a prelude to imminent news. This is the opinion of Alfio Musmarra, who spoke on YouTube to analyze the situation of the Nerazzurri, still inactive regarding the winger and central defender positions.

“I’m glad that in these hours there has been silence about the transfer market. If you’ve noticed, there aren’t any major topics regarding Inter and this is something that gives me hope,” Musmarra said. According to the journalist, when there are no leaks it could mean negotiations are at an advanced stage: “When there’s silence, it’s because something could happen at any moment, just like what happened with Juve for Celik—no one knew anything and they bought the player.”

The reference is to the deal conducted by the Bianconeri, who managed to complete the signing on a free transfer. “Good for them that they can afford to sign players for free; once we could do that too, but Oaktree has other ideas and we’ll see what we do,” Musmarra added, highlighting the operational differences compared to the past.

The fans’ criticism is often directed at Marotta and Ausilio, but according to Musmarra, the directors are working with strict constraints: “We always blame Marotta and Ausilio, but they too have tight restrictions and have to perform miracles; they are the targets of our criticism and anger, but it’s definitely not them we should be blaming. We’ve been saying for a while, the ownership thinks they can teach Marotta and Ausilio how to handle the transfer market.”

The conclusion leaves room for optimism: “I have the feeling that something will happen very soon,” the journalist concluded, fueling anticipation for possible developments.
