Monza is close to signing Maye, a young defender born in 2006 from Inter. The deal between the two clubs will be completed on a loan basis with an option to buy and a buy-back clause.
According to Sky Sport, the Frenchman’s medical examinations are scheduled for today. The defender had scored on the first matchday of Group C in Serie C, netting the goal in Vecchi‘s team’s victory against Catania.
Last season, Maye made a total of 16 appearances between the Primavera and Serie C, scoring one goal. The transfer axis between Inter and Monza remains particularly active: the Brianzoli are also interested in Asllani and Massolin.
