The journalist Gianluigi Longari on Sportitalia provided an update on the situation of Luis Henrique, the Brazilian winger born in 2001 who plays for Inter.
The internal belief is that the player can still express the potential he showed in France, where he finished the season with 9 goals and 10 assists between Ligue 1 and the French Cup. For this reason, Inter – despite rumors of a possible sale in January – has actually already declined the first signs of interest received for the Brazilian.
“Among the clubs most active in expressing their appreciation for Luis Henrique to his entourage and to Inter was Roma. The Giallorossi are convinced that the Brazilian is destined to succeed in Serie A as well. However, this is exactly the same assessment that drives the Inter management, who have no intention of letting him go prematurely at the risk of bitterly regretting the decision not to give him enough time and trust. Luis Henrique is not leaving.”
Longari therefore confirms that Inter does not intend to part with the youngster too soon, fearing they might regret a rushed handling of his development. At the moment, therefore, the Brazilian is not on the market.
