While waiting for his seasonal debut in the black and blue jersey, Davide Frattesi has been called up by the Italy coach Gennaro Gattuso. Now the midfielder, born in 1999, is also close to celebrating a very important milestone with Inter, always hoping that the new coach Chivu will give him more playing time.
After many transfer rumors between January and July, in the end the former Sassuolo player decided to stay at Inter, also thanks to the arrival of a new coach who he hopes will let him play more and also in a more advanced position than what happened with Inzaghi. For this reason, Frattesi is also negotiating a renewal with the club.
As revealed today by La Gazzetta dello Sport, now the first objective for Frattesi will be to relaunch himself with the Inter shirt to win the trust of Chivu. Afterwards, he will be able to sign the contract renewal, postponing the current expiration date by one year to 2028, with a salary one million higher than the 2.8 currently received.
