Inter is working calmly on the deal to bring Anan Khalaili to Milan. According to Corriere dello Sport, there is maximum confidence from viale della Liberazione in the successful outcome of the operation, with no signs of agitation or particular urgency.
The belief within the Nerazzurri club is that the Israeli winger will wear the Inter shirt. The goal is to finalize the agreement by the weekend, so that the player can join Chivu‘s group as early as the training camp scheduled for next Monday, or at the latest for the departure to the summer retreat in Germany, set for Thursday the 16th.
The presence of Khalaili from the very start of preparations would be important. The technical qualities of the young man, who will turn 22 next September 3rd, are considered beyond question. However, his experience at a high level remains limited to the two seasons played in Belgium, with some appearances in the Champions League and Europa League.
For this reason, the young winger will need time to adapt to Italian football, particularly regarding aspects related to the defensive phase. A gradual integration would allow the technical staff to work more consistently on the player’s tactical integration into the Nerazzurri system.
