Yesterday, the negotiations between Inter and Olympiacos for the permanent transfer of Mehdi Taremi were finally unlocked. The Iranian striker, who arrived in Milan last summer on a free transfer, is therefore preparing to say goodbye after just one season below expectations.

As for the figures regarding his departure, as reiterated by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter will collect 2.5 million euros from his sale. Considering his salary, this means a total saving of over 8 million euros for the Nerazzurri club.

Taremi has already given his approval for the move to Olympiacos and is expected in Athens today to complete the transfer to Greece.
