During this summer transfer window, there are many players who are continuously linked to Inter in various areas of the pitch. Especially in attack, before the Lookman option gained strong traction, several profiles were linked to the Nerazzurri club but did not receive any confirmation.
One of these was Rasmus Hojlund of Manchester United, who was indicated by several sources, both Italian and English, as a transfer target for Inter. Now, however, as reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, it is Milan that has set its sights on him for its summer strengthening campaign ahead of the return of Serie A.
The Rossoneri indeed need a striker and after Nunez and Vlahovic, Hojlund has also ended up on the radar of Max Allegri‘s team. The former Atalanta player has found little success in the Premier League with Manchester United and for this reason, he might welcome a return to Italy with Milan trying to make it happen.
