Inter has finalized the sale of Hugo Humanes to Atletico Madrid. The eighteen-year-old, who grew up in the Nerazzurri youth sector, is moving to the Spanish capital with immediate effect to join the Colchoneros academy.
The news was reported by Fabrizio Romano, who confirmed the agreement reached between the two clubs through his X profile. The young talent is therefore leaving Milan after his experience in Inter’s youth teams, where he arrived in 2023 from the Real Madrid youth sector.
This is an outgoing operation involving the Nerazzurri academy, while waiting for the first team’s transfer market to heat up. Here is the announcement from the transfer expert: “Atletico Madrid has reached an agreement to sign 18-year-old Hugo Humanes, taken from Inter’s youth teams for their Academy. The former Real Madrid cantera talent will join Atletico from Inter with immediate effect.”
