This season, his playing time hasn’t been particularly remarkable, and his performances haven’t completely satisfied Simone Inzaghi. Hence, the possibility of parting ways at the end of the campaign and moving in different directions. As reported this morning by Corriere dello Sport, the situation has not changed in the past two months, with Frattesi now appearing increasingly destined to leave Inter.
In this context, the Rome-based daily explains the addition of Petar Sucic, already signed by the Nerazzurri last January and scheduled to officially begin his new adventure in Milan next June. Indeed, the Croatian midfielder is considered the successor to Frattesi, although it’s still unclear whether he’ll be deployed in front of the defense or as a midfield interior.
