Negotiations to strengthen the Nerazzurri squad are proceeding slowly. Two deals that seemed close to completion have fallen through for different reasons, while fans are still waiting for concrete news from the transfer market. Some murmurs of disappointment are beginning to be heard.

Francesco Colonnese, former Nerazzurri defender, has called for patience in the pages of the Corriere della Sera. “We need to be patient. It’s obvious that fans want a big name, someone capable of exciting the crowd. Expectations are high because the Nerazzurri fight for major achievements every year,” he said.

Inter continues to work on the market without haste, aware of the expectations but also of the difficulties in completing deals. The calm advocated by Colonnese reflects a cautious approach in a delicate phase of the transfer campaign.
