In the secret rooms of Inter, all hesitation has now been definitively broken: the name of Nico Paz is by far the favorite and the one considered suitable to further raise the level of this squad. According to today’s edition of the Corriere dello Sport, although it will likely require a further financial effort from Oaktree, the ownership has reportedly decided to approve it with a view to making a purchase that is not only technical but also media-savvy.
The situation, however, is currently as follows. In the summer, Nico Paz will return to Real Madrid, which has decided to exercise one of the buy-back clauses from Como. It is no secret that playing for the Blancos would be a dream for him, but it is not certain that this chance could not come in the future as well. Moreover, some help could come directly from Madrid: Real’s squad is full of talent, especially in attack, which is why some choices will likely have to be made.
In this context, if Nico Paz is not considered a primary element for the Blancos, Inter could try to take advantage of the situation, also making use of some expected sales: Frattesi above all, but also Luis Henrique.
