After a two-week break due to national team duties, Inter will return to Serie A action away against Verona. Simone Inzaghi’s team, coming off a draw against Napoli in the last round of the championship, will have to deal with the conditions of the players returning from their respective selections.
There are still several formation doubts for Simone Inzaghi, starting with Hakan Calhanoglu who suffered a new groin discomfort with the Turkish national team. There is also an open contest in defense between Pavard and Bisseck, as well as on the right lane as always between Darmian and Dumfries. In the running for a starting shirt is Taremi, whose presence will largely depend on the conditions of Lautaro Martinez.
