The recovery of John Stones for Saturday’s match against Parma appears very difficult. The English defender continues to train separately at Appiano Gentile to recover from the flexor problem suffered against Udinese, when he was forced to collapse to the ground and stop. The international break was not enough to get him back at the disposal of Cristian Chivu and his staff.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, among the players recovering from injury at Inter, the former City player is the one who needs the most time. Yesterday he once again trained separately and his availability for the league match remains highly doubtful. The English defender needs a few more days to be fully available again.
Meanwhile, Ange-Yoan Bonny has returned to Appiano after his commitments with the Ivory Coast. The striker has started preparing for the match against his former team together with Thuram, with a few more days compared to the other two forwards, Lautaro and Pio, who are still busy with their respective national teams.
