Juventus can represent the main rival of Inter in the race for the title. This is the prediction of Michele Padovano, former Juventus striker, given during an interview with Tuttosport ahead of the big evening match against Milan.
“Juventus has revolutionized the squad: tonight, potentially, six new players will take the field. Last year, there was a lack of experienced and strong personalities, and I believe that in this sense a big step forward has been made,” explained Padovano. The former footballer then went even further: “In fact, I want to go out on a limb: for me, as of today, the Bianconeri have everything to be Inter’s main rivals in the race for the scudetto.”
The opinion on Milan, however, is different. “Milan has signed a good defender like Gila and a striker like Ramos. But up front, the squad is too thin,” declared Padovano, thus considering the Rossoneri squad still incomplete to compete at the highest levels.
