This morning the head coach of the Italian National Team, Gennaro Gattuso, officially released the list of 27 players called up for the upcoming October fixtures valid for qualification to the 2026 World Cup. On the Azzurri’s calendar are matches against Estonia on October 11 in Tallinn and against Israel on October 14 in Udine.

As for Inter, once again five Nerazzurri have been called up by coach Gattuso: Bastoni, Dimarco, Barella, Frattesi, and Pio Esposito. Confidence, therefore, both in the young striker who scored his first Serie A goal against Cagliari in the last league match, and in the former Sassuolo midfielder who has not yet found much playing time at the start of this season.
