The Canadian striker will likely not renew his contract expiring in June and rumors about his possible transfer to Inter have intensified with the presence at San Siro of his agent, Nick Mavromaras, for the match against Leipzig.
However, as reported by the Corriere della Sera, the negotiation seems to have stalled precisely because of the agent, who would have demanded a double-digit commission and a 5-year contract, with a salary of 6 million euros. These are requests too high for Oaktree, which would for now hinder David’s transfer to Inter.
