The long injury to Dumfries gave the Brazilian winger the opportunity to have space and playing time during the season but, as he stated in an interview given to the portal Terra, his ambition is to carve out an even more central role with the Nerazzurri. Winning the league title represents only the first step of a journey that Luis Henrique intends to build in Milan.
“Being champions of Italy would already be a huge achievement in any circumstance. It represents a very important step in my career and the realization of a dream I have nurtured for many years. However, winning this title in this way makes it even more special,” said the Nerazzurri player.
