Karlsruhe-Inter, three special players to watch for tomorrow's friendly

Inter takes the field tomorrow at the BBBank Wildparkstadion in Karlsruhe for the first real friendly of the summer preparation. After the easy and wide victory against Aasen 1928 on Wednesday, the Nerazzurri will face a more challenging test in front of a big crowd: the stadium is already sold out with 32,000 spectators expected.

Cristian Chivu will pay particular attention to three players. The first is Andy Diouf, who should start on the right flank in the 3-5-2 formation. The young winger will have the opportunity to show his qualities in a match of a higher level compared to the initial training session at the start of the camp.

The second player under the spotlight is Aleksandar Stankovic, who could be deployed as a playmaker from the start or come on during the match. Assessing his impact in the playmaking role is one of the main themes of the encounter.

The third name to watch is Benjamin Pavard. The French defender, according to Tuttosport, is working with great focus during these days of training camp to win back a place in the Nerazzurri squad.

Massolin and Asllani will not be available for the match, sidelined due to muscle strains that could also jeopardize their participation in the tour scheduled in Hong Kong and Perth. There is also doubt about Ivan Provedel: the new Nerazzurri goalkeeper is training regularly, but the coaching staff may manage him with caution considering the surgery on his right shoulder on March 11.
