The Curva Nord welcomed the teams with a choreography dedicated to the centenary of the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza: a giant banner with the inscription “Stadio Giuseppe Meazza 1926-2026” and the word “centenary” formed with colored cards, before kick-off at San Siro.
In goal for Inter is Martinez, with a three-man defense made up of Pavard, Bisseck and Carlos Augusto. In midfield, there is room for Sucic and Calhanoglu, flanked by Mkhitaryan; on the wings are Diouf and Dimarco. In attack, the duo is formed by Esposito and Thuram.

Parma responds with Corvi in goal, a four-man defense with Delprato, Diego Carlos, Troilo and Carboni. In midfield, Keita, Sierro and Valeri, with Touré and Fabbian behind the lone striker Elphege.
