Launched from the first minute by Cristian Chivu in Pisa-Inter, Luis Henrique stayed on the field for over an hour before making way for Diouf. The Brazilian, in fact, showed some timid steps forward compared to previous appearances, especially during the first half. He clearly still needs to grow in terms of personality, but there was definitely a first improvement in terms of play.
Despite this, among the main Italian newspapers, there are those who were not at all lenient towards him. Here are the ratings for Luis Henrique:
LA GAZZETTA DELLO SPORT 5 – He continues to dawdle, zero dribbles. He doesn’t beat his man, maybe he wouldn’t even dribble past an anesthetized elephant. He’s afraid of making mistakes.
CORRIERE DELLO SPORT 5.5 – He starts well, finding teammates between the lines. After a mistake, he loses confidence and fades away.
TUTTOSPORT 5.5 – Not very incisive.
PASSIONE INTER 5.5 – He finally starts playing vertically and with few touches. He speeds up the offensive play by looking for triangles with Lautaro and Barella. He still lacks a personal spark and, above all, disappears from the field in the second half.
