According to Daniele Garbo, speaking to TMW Radio, the championship will be decided in a head-to-head between Inter and Roma. The journalist analyzed the state of the forces in Serie A, identifying these two teams as the only credible candidates for the title.
As for the final victory percentages, Garbo assigned 52% to Inter and 48% to Roma. “Frankly, I don’t see any other teams getting involved,” he emphasized, excluding other sides from the title race.
The journalist explained his view: “Inter, Roma, and Como are ahead of everyone else in terms of identity, while the others have various shortcomings. Juventus has had many injuries, with Milan it’s still unclear what their starting lineup is, while Lazio has done something surprising, but could have had fewer points.”
For third and fourth place, Garbo instead predicts a battle between Como, Milan, and Juventus. Napoli does not feature in his predictions either for the title or for the top positions.
On the National team front, the journalist commented on the current situation of the Azzurri, expressing doubts about the recall of Mancini and little optimism about the growth time of the renewed group.
