Frattesi remembers the night of Inter-Barcelona: the dizziness after the goal

Davide Frattesi recalled one of the most intense moments of his career at Inter, the Champions League semifinal against Barcelona played two years ago. The midfielder spoke during the new season of My Skills, a Dazn program, focusing on the details of that evening.

“Unrepeatable. Consider that I went to sleep at 10 in the morning because of the adrenaline, it was crazy,” Frattesi told Dazn’s microphones. The player then revealed a particular episode related to his celebration: “After the celebration I felt a bit dizzy because I had shouted too much. The doctor gave me energy gel and I recovered a bit, I was seeing stars.”

The midfielder then reserved words of praise for his teammate Francesco Acerbi, who was a protagonist in that match with a decisive goal. “Then Acerbi scored a goal… He’s just too good, he doesn’t even use his right foot to get on the bus, and he scored an incredible right-footed goal, like a striker. It was all special,” he concluded.
