At the microphones of Inter TV, Hakan Çalhanoğlu spoke before the match against Real Madrid, the opening game of the Champions League for the Nerazzurri. The midfielder shared his feelings before the kick-off at the Bernabéu.
“I’m feeling good, as you said I started well and I want to continue like this. We know that today there is a quality team. But we are also strong and prepared. It will be important to stay in the game, to have maximum concentration,” said the Turkish player.
On the charm of the Madrid stadium, Çalhanoğlu added: “It’s always nice to play here, just as it is to play at San Siro. The Bernabéu is always special. We know that Mourinho spent a lot of time in Serie A, this year he went to Spain. We are happy that Denzel is here too, we want to play well here.”
