Bayern-Inter, Inzaghi: “We will have to be good at one thing”

Simone Inzaghi spoke to Sky Sport a few minutes before kick-off in the Bayern Munich vs Inter clash at the Allianz Arena, for the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final. The coach commented on the upcoming challenge for the Nerazzurri.

APPROACH – Tonight we will need a great Inter, determined and organised. We’ll have to stay focused, as Bayern can always give you problems, and in those moments we’ll need a real team.

POSSESSION – We must be smart when we have the ball as well, because they manage possession very well and perform great counter-pressing when they lose it. We must be technically precise, striving to retain the ball and deny them some of the possession.

MIDFIELD – Will our midfielders have to work intensely? Absolutely yes, but it’s not just them. It will take the entire team, and those who come off the bench will also be crucial, as always.
