The choice of Beppe Marotta, supported by Oaktree, aims for continuity. As reported by Corriere dello Sport, there is full confidence in Dario Baccin: Inter does not currently plan to introduce an intermediary figure between the new manager and the ownership.
The match against Napoli will mark Baccin’s first appearance in the role of Chief Sport Officer of Inter, following the promotion decided by the Nerazzurri club after the departure of Piero Ausilio.
Should the need arise in the future to expand the structure, a new figure may be added, but still reporting directly to Baccin.
