One of the factors that gives Inter fans great pride is being a highly passionate support base, often among the largest groups in every stadium across Italy. Indeed, Inter is one of those clubs that can always count on the backing of its supporters, who are present everywhere, whether during each Serie A match or European fixture.
The second-to-last away match of this season that the Nerazzurri will play in the domestic league will take place over the weekend of May 10-11, as Lautaro Martinez and his teammates visit Torino. The Granata club has today announced, well in advance, directions for the ticket sale for both home and visiting fans.
Torino’s official statement declares that the sale of tickets for the Curva Primavera section is prohibited to all Lombardia residents. Likewise, supporters wearing hats, scarves, or other Nerazzurri attire will be forbidden from entering this particular sector of the stadium.
This decision was made jointly with public safety authorities following clashes between Torino and Inter fans in that section at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino back in 2019, when seats had also been made available to fans of the Beneamata well-loved, a nickname for Inter. Therefore, supporters from Lombardia will only be permitted to access the stadium through the designated visiting supporters’ area.
