In the winter transfer market session, Inter has already completed its first signing for next season: Petar Sucic, a talented 21-year-old youngster captured from Dinamo Zagreb. It is an addition the Nerazzurri are heavily counting on for the future, and they will already have the chance to test him during the Club World Cup in June.

Today’s edition of Corriere dello Sport states, however, that Sucic will not be Inter’s only midfield reinforcement. The Roman newspaper today indeed reports that Kristjan Asllani is increasingly uncertain in his role, and at the end of the season could leave Simone Inzaghi‘s team. If both the Albanian player and Davide Frattesi leave, Inter would thus require another acquisition.

The dream mentioned by the newspaper is still Nico Paz, who, although he would not cover the defensive midfielder role in front of defense currently occupied by Asllani, would instead play as a link between midfield and attack, making optimal use of his technical abilities in one-on-one situations and his qualities as an assist-provider, which we have observed this season during his spell at Como.
