Inter needs to take a further step forward to overcome difficult situations without relying on mistakes by opposing goalkeepers. This is the analysis of Riccardo Trevisani, who spoke during the episode of Pressing aired during the night.
The journalist identified what he considers the main weakness of the Nerazzurri team. “If I have to find a weak point, the extra step Inter needs to take is to be able to get out of complicated situations even without the help of the opposing goalkeeper, as perhaps happened last year with Svilar against Roma or this time with Pizzignacco. In the Champions League it didn’t happen and you went out,” said Trevisani.
On the transfer market front, the journalist expressed a positive opinion on the work done by the management. “Inter had a great transfer window, they were about to pull off a masterpiece by selling Luis Henrique but I think it won’t happen,” he added.
Finally, Trevisani commented on the change in goal, where Josep Martinez has become the starter in place of Yann Sommer. With a joke about the Spanish goalkeeper, he made an ironic remark about last year’s situation: “The Spanish goalkeeper with his feet? Sommer had them with his hands…,” he concluded live.
