Modena has knocked on Inter‘s door for Jamal Iddrissou, a young striker born in 2007 who grew up in the Nerazzurri youth sector. According to SportMediaset, the Emilian club has submitted a loan request for the eighteen-year-old from Brescia, who is already part of the Italian national youth teams.
Modena’s interest comes after an excellent pre-season played by Iddrissou as an additional striker, with several opportunities to take the field due to absences in the squad. His performances have also attracted attention from abroad, but Inter had already rejected some offers for a permanent transfer, wanting to maintain control over the player.
Now the Nerazzurri club will have to decide whether to keep the talent in the squad or allow him to shine in Serie B, following the model already adopted with Pio Esposito. The loan formula proposed by Modena would allow Inter to let the young striker grow in a professional league without losing ownership.
