The summer transfer market sees Inter and Como competing for the same targets. After tensions over Nico Paz and Fabregas‘s refusal, the clubs find themselves battling for several names. Among these stand out Chalobah, defender for Chelsea, and Khalaili, winger for Union Saint-Gilloise.
According to Libero, the situation regarding Khalaili has become complicated in recent hours. The Nerazzurri club had obtained the player’s consent, who even skipped the last friendly to force a transfer. However, the Lombard club reportedly swooped in with an offer of 27 million euros, in an attempt to overtake the competition and get closer to the 30 million requested by the Belgian club.
On the Chalobah front, the English center-back is said to have reached a basic agreement with the Milanese management. Como, however, would be ready to raise with an offer of 30 million plus 5 in bonuses to convince Chelsea. The defender, for his part, is waiting for Inter to close the deal.
If the deal for the Blues’ center-back falls through, the destinies of the two clubs could cross again over Oumar Solet. The Frenchman from Udinese had long been courted by Marotta and Ausilio, but physical doubts related to his knees and high financial demands had frozen the negotiations. In this stalemate, Como has reportedly forcefully entered the scene once again.
