The market axis connecting Inter and Roma is heating up and foreshadows movements. Any possible attempt for goalkeeper Svilar has been dismissed from the outset, and La Gazzetta dello Sport today takes stock of the situation, mentioning at least three names on the table between the clubs.
The first is Davide Frattesi: now set to leave Milan, he has clubs interested in the Premier League but watch out especially for the Giallorossi. He could be a bargaining chip to land Manu Koné, the French midfielder whom Inter has been considering for a year and whom Roma could sell by June 30 for budgetary reasons. But that’s not all. According to the newspaper, there have also been talks between the parties for defender Evan Ndicka: he was one of the most serious candidates to take Bastoni’s place, in case talks for the Italian’s sale had progressed. At the moment, the Ndicka discussion could be considered closed. But if other clubs were to swoop in for Bastoni, then discussions could reopen. Especially if before June 30. And Frattesi remains a player appreciated by the Friedkin club as well.
