Compared to other breaks, there will be fewer players traveling around the world this time, given the choices of some national team coaches not to call up Inter players. In this regard, the break could favor the integration of the latest arrival at Inter: Tomas Palacios, a defender whose signing was officially announced on Friday, the last day of the transfer window.
For the young Argentinian, the break seems to fit perfectly. Palacios, who has just landed in European football, will have the opportunity to start learning the well-established mechanisms of Simone Inzaghi’s Inter, also counting on the support of numerous teammates in defense. At Pinetina, there will be Benjamin Pavard, Yann Bisseck, Francesco Acerbi, Stefan de Vrij, and Carlos Augusto. However, Inzaghi knows well that the Argentine will need a period of adaptation and learning, starting from these two weeks of work.
