The transfer deal that is making headlines throughout Serie A is the one concerning Ademola Lookman, who has officially asked Atalanta to be sold by the summer because his desire is to move as soon as possible to Inter under Cristian Chivu, in order to fulfill his dream of wearing the jersey of a top club.
There have been many rumors and alleged reports about this deal, and the transfer market expert Alfredo Pedullà explains in a video uploaded to his YouTube channel that many of these are not true. The journalist actually denies several of the rumors regarding the Lookman case and the versions from Inter and Atalanta, using these words:
“A lot of lies have been told about Lookman, ever since it was said that Atalanta considered him unsellable, which is not true. There has been some confusion, Napoli was also linked to Lookman and that was not true. I think it’s unthinkable that Inter didn’t know Lookman’s price, that’s a joke. The terms are 45 million plus 5 in bonuses. Inter has great professionals who are well informed, the problem was created by Lookman’s agents who were expecting a price set last summer but it was wrong.”
