After a long period of stalemate in which everything seemed to be at a standstill around the market for Mehdi Taremi, in recent hours there may have been a development that changes his future. For the Iranian striker, it has been a difficult summer since he found himself stuck in his homeland after the outbreak of war with Israel, which prevented him from leaving by plane.
Now, however, there could be an important turning point for his career as he is now a player set to leave Inter. According to Turkish sources such as the media outlet Sozcugazete Spor, Taremi has in fact reached a preliminary agreement with a Turkish club, and his departure from Italy and the Nerazzurri colors may therefore not be far off.
The club in question is Besiktas, which seems to have made very significant progress in this negotiation, which is proceeding concretely. However, at the moment it would only be a departure not on a permanent basis for Taremi; it appears to be only a temporary transfer: Inter could accept in order to lower the wage bill.
